How do you film without disrupting guests?
We plan the schedule with your GM and department heads, shoot around check-in, check-out and housekeeping, and film busy areas early in the morning or during low occupancy. Any guest who appears on camera signs a release first.
Can you capture aerial and drone footage of our property?
Yes. Aerials are one of the most-requested shots for resorts and waterfront properties, and we handle the airspace approvals needed near airports and theme parks.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible. 4-6 weeks is ideal, especially if we need to work around peak season, group blocks or a scheduled event on property.
Do you travel outside Orlando?
